Processing and shipping
Orders placed before 2:00 pm Arizona time on a business day are typically processed the same day; all other orders ship the next business day. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of shipping. Tracking information is emailed once the package leaves our facility.
Shipping rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and service level. Orders over $200 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
30-day satisfaction guarantee
If a product does not meet its published specification, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the lot number on the vial. We will replace the product or issue a refund. Because our products are laboratory reagents, opened vials cannot be returned for reasons other than a specification issue.
Damaged or missing items
Please inspect your package on arrival and report any damage or shortage within 5 days of delivery so we can file a carrier claim and reship promptly.
