Are your peptides for human use?
No. Every product we sell is strictly for laboratory research and in-vitro use. They are not drugs, supplements, or cosmetics, and are not intended for human or veterinary use of any kind.
How do I find the Certificate of Analysis for my vial?
Click "COA Available" on any product page to open it right there, or visit the COA library and pick the product. Each COA shows HPLC purity and mass-spectrometry identity results for that product. COAs are published online rather than printed and shipped with the vial.
What purity do you guarantee?
Our release specification is a minimum of 99% purity by analytical HPLC. The exact value for each product is shown on its COA.
How are products stored and shipped?
Every product is a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder sealed in a glass vial, stored in a climate-controlled facility and shipped at ambient temperature within one business day of ordering. No cold packs are needed; lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for far longer than transit takes. Recommended long-term storage conditions for the lab are listed on each product page.
What is your satisfaction guarantee?
If a product does not meet its published specification, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we will replace it or refund it.
Do you require age verification?
Yes. You must be 21 years of age or older to browse and purchase from this website, and by ordering you confirm that you are purchasing for legitimate research purposes.
Do you provide reconstitution or dosing information?
No. As a research-use-only supplier we do not provide dosing, administration, or protocol guidance. Product pages describe chemistry, mechanism of action in published literature, and handling and storage conditions only.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. All transactions are processed over a secure, encrypted connection and we never store card details on our servers.
